LORAC Cosmetics was founded in 1995 by celebrity makeup artist, Carol Shaw. Shaw's mission was to bring a bit of red-carpet glamour to every woman, and wanted to create a brand of products that were not only luxurious, but could appeal to sensitive skin. As a brand that puts care before color, but sacrifices neither, LORAC's treatment-based makeup is truly unique.
